Pricing Information

We offer a variety of pricing schedules. Our fees are predicated on several factors such as the type of projects or tasks needed, number of hours required and other items unique to your business. Below are some pricing guidelines. Retainer packages are available.


Administrative Services - $25 hour
Word processing services, transcriptions, internet research, data entry, editing, proofreading, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and writing.

Design Services - $30 hour
Graphic design of flyers, brochures, programs, business cards, etc.

Database Management - $30 hour
Database creation and maintenance in Excel or Access.

 Email Marketing
Quoted per project.  Send us a copy of your current email newsletter and we will evaluate for free.

Website Maintenance - $65 hour
Updates to existing websites including content, images, etc.

Website Development
Quoted per website and project due to the fact that every website is different, and requires different capabilities.

Large Corporations - Hire a virtual assistant for up to 10 of your executives for our low Bronze Package Price per executive.

Supplies are billed at cost plus 10%. If you need a service that we cannot provide, we have teamed up with local professionals to outsource certain projects. We provide this service at no additional charge to you.

Fees for services are billed in 1/4 hour increments with a minimum billing of 1 hour. A 50% deposit is required before work can begin unless a prior working relationship has been established. Final invoices are sent via Email or USPS at the beginning of each month, with the balance payable within 14 days.
